We had another wonderful monthly wine and jewelry night yesterday! Thanks for joining us. Mark your calendars for the next one on Wednesday, June 12th. Congratulations to Nellie, Gedeon, and Lei who won the jewelry raffle.
For our first Mother’s Day in the store, we decided to make it a family affair. We served coffee, mimosas, cupcakes, and cookies and encouraged the dads to help their kids make jewelry for moms at a craft table outside. Meanwhile, moms and ladies had a moment to browse and come inside for a treat. (Yes we delivered refreshments to the dads outside too….) Katie’s children, Sophie and Liam, helped decorate the store, serve the customers, and Sophie and Lola (daughter of KTcollection’s Ann Marie) helped manage the craft table and gave out lollipops. We loved meeting so many wonderful families and the impromptu gathering that spilled into the sidewalk. Thank you to all who made KTcollection part of such a special day.

We are officially entering wedding season! What a great way to start this busy time of year with a feature in Merci New York. Photographer and art director Jessica Schmitt had a modern vision for her brides, and she found us while seeking out contemporary jewelry.
We helped her choose pieces that are a bit more interesting than your standard strand of pearls.
Our Gold Drop Earrings are simple and elegant. They can be worn for any occasion and in this case they are beautiful on this bride. Schmitt envisioned them as part of a larger theme, which makes them even more special.
“The paint brush stroke design was incorporated through the custom made table runner and all paper products…Even the brides earrings look like a drop of paint.”
She also featured the Stacking Gold Bangles, Nugget Necklaces, Amethyst Oval Drops, Large Hammered Cuffs, the Crystal and Pearl Collar, and a Faceted Gem on Beaded Chain.

As usual, it was a lot of fun! Mark your calendars….our next Wine and Jewelry event will be on Wednesday, April 17th.
Congrats to Stephanie who won the raffle for a $75 gift certificate to KTcollection at our March 6th Wine and Jewelry event! Our second place winner was Jennifer who won a $25 gift certificate. We had a really fun group attend and we commend them for not letting the storm warning keep them at home and coming from as far as Hoboken and Brooklyn.

We celebrate the holidays at KTcollection in February! The team is so busy in November and December that we don’t have the time to get together for a little fun. This year, we decided to celebrate in our new store. It proved to be the perfect venue for a feast and wine-tasting. Zoubir was thrilled to be able to share Languedoc Roussilln wines from his new company 3Comperes. Vietnamese food was from UWS best-kept secret Saiguette and cupcakes from Tonnie’s Minis. What a great night!

We never miss the Oscars and our eyes are always on the jewelry. Our favorite look this year was the down-the-back necklace. We have donned this look for years with our lariats. It is such a great way to accessorize a backless number. Both Best Actress, Jennifer Lawrence, and Best Supporting Actress, Anne Hathaway, pulled off this chic look well. Former Oscar winner, Octavia Spencer, wore some fabulous diamond dangles that were the perfect bold accessory to her otherwise soft and feminine dress.
